Easter

We are closed now for Easter and back on 2nd May. Thank you to one and all for attending our parents evening and award Ceremony. We your help we have revived our Beaver colony and can now build on it to add activities in the coming terms,

Well done to the nine beavers we invested this week. And they all got badges too. Also Welcome to Lily Barwick who joined us this week

Beavers still gnawing away

Welcome back to Beavers and welcome to Beavers all the newbie's. After a long summer we start back to find not two but 12. Great news. Hears to a successful scouting year for our Beavers and the group as a whole.

BEAVER'S HAVING FUN

Hello again

1st Burnham Beaver Scouts have had Spring growing things,

and a lot of the Beaver's have moved up to Cub Scouts,

They attended a sleepover with another Colony 1st Tillingham Beaver Scouts

we stayed at Asheldam youth Church,

it is an 400 yr old church renevated with dormitories.

we did outdoor cooking games and crafts,

and Beaver Scouts slept in cardboard boxes as our theme was the homless,

so we had a 'soup' kitchen lunch and Beavers had a go at barbacueing bacon.

We have been doing Badge work and we are hoping more Beavers will be

joining us if your 6-8yrs and think you might like to have a go

just contact us from this webste come join the adventure

the more Beavers the better the fun.

Beaver Scouts will return in the New term.
